What's the difference between the three plans? +
The monthly subscription is identical - $29/month - and so are the features. The plans differ in how much of the launch we handle for you. Do It Yourself means we set up the site and hand you the keys; you migrate content. Done for You means we work alongside you and migrate your old content. Done Exclusively for You means we design something custom from scratch.
Can I switch plans later? +
Yes. You will only pay the difference in our design setup fees. But you can always engage our team for additional design work, custom builds, or ongoing webmaster services after launch - quoted case-by-case.
Are there any other costs beyond the $29/month and setup fee? +
Not unless you opt into one of the listed add-ons (live streaming, logo design, membership directory, or webmaster services). Online giving processes through Stripe at 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction with no markup from us.
Will you migrate my existing website? +
The Done for You and Done Exclusively for You plans include free content migration - sermons, photos, pages, and existing content from your old site. On the Do It Yourself plan you handle migration, with our how-to support whenever you get stuck.
Are there per-member or per-staff fees? +
No. Unlimited members, unlimited admin users, unlimited email accounts at your domain - all included on every plan. The price you see is the price you pay.
Do I need to bring my own domain? +
You can bring your existing domain or register one through us for $19/year. Either way we handle the DNS, SSL, and email configuration so you don't have to think about it.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. There are no contracts and no commitments. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, and after that you can cancel any time with one click.
What about live streaming bandwidth? +
Live streaming is an optional $39/month add-on with 10 hours of live streams and 50GB of storage, automatic archives, and RTMP/embed support. It's separate from the base plan because live stream storage scales with use - most churches that don't stream skip it entirely.
